- Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts, file GST and PST return.
- Manage employee payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements for review.
- Analyzes variations and submit reports when needed.
- Pick up and organize monthly receipts.
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Provide administrative support to management teams, eg. applying for government program and organizing employee documents, scanning relevant files
- Special project work as required

- relevant experience, preferably in QuickBooks and MS word, MS excel
