Job Duties:As an office assistant for our team, we are looking for someone who can be a positive contributor and enjoys working with other people.1. ERP data entry and verification2. Greet and welcome visitors to our office3. Organize working documents and files4. Utilize spreadsheets to generate basic reports5. Knowledge of basic book keeping6. basic Purchase knowledgeRequired Knowledge and Skills:1. Able to use MS Office Suite2. Experience working with an ERP system, Sage 300, quickbooks3. Communication and organizational skills4. Proficiency Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (both verbal & written communication)Benefits and salary:1.
