We are a leading importer and distributor of Asian food and health products based in North Richmond BC. Our company is currently looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to help with marketing for our products.The position can be permanent full time or part time, and will provide valuable exposure to marketing health and foods products in Canada. Due to the time zone differences, the candidate must be able to work in evenings. Work arrangements can be either fully at office or hybrid office/home (to be discussed). Our company maintains a causal work atmosphere. Key responsibilities:-Taking over existing marketing functions at the company-Working with established brands to improve communications to customers-Create basic ads/graphics/posters etc-Operating online storefront division-Taking on new initiatives and executing them, to further the company's mission-Adept with new social media trends in the local marketplaceThe candidate should be:-Fluent in English and Cantonese; conversational Mandarin and other Asian languages are bonus-Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)-Able to access graphics/video software-Able to communicate with overseas brand owners-Experienced in health products, food products, or beauty/cosmetics marketing.We thank all applicants but only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.We look forward to hearing from you!
