This position will work closely with the Consulting team and clients and work on a wide range of matters.我们正在寻找移民顾问助理加入我们的团队。该职位将与咨询团队和客户密切合作,处理移民相关的事务。Responsibilities include:1. Keep up-to-date knowledge on immigration programs on different immigration programs and policies.2. Prepare and follow up on immigration applications, including drafting documents, presentations, submission letters, and communicating with various departments.3. Maintain, manage and organize all profiles for our clients4. Reception of clients and answering client inquiries with professionalism5. Other related tasks assigned by the manager1. 了解移民政策和移民相关的最新知识2. 准备和跟进移民申请,包括起草文件、提交信函以及与各部门的沟通3. 维护、管理和组织客户档案4. 接待客户并以专业的态度回答客户的询问5. 其他相关工作Requirements:1. One year of experience in the Canadian immigration field is preferred.2. Pursuing accuracy and attention to detail.3. Good skills in Writing in both Chinese and English as our clients are mostly Chinese.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
