Berry’s Bait & Tackle Ltd located in Richmond, BC is seeking a new full-time Office Administrator. Responsibilities for this position include:- Receiving, collecting, depositing, and tracking payments from customers-Organize office operations and procedures- Directing clients’ emails and phone calls to the appropriate person within the company- Submitting biweekly payroll for our employees- Filing expense reimbursements/travel expenses/medical reimbursementsJob requirements and necessary skills-- Needs to maintain strong organization and communication skills-Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures- Having prior work experience in an office would be an asset- Must be comfortable with the use of Word, Excel, and Google Docs- Booking keeping experience would be an asset Full time hours: 9am - 5pmThere will be at least two weeks of dailytraining from our current office administrator for the transition into thisposition.
