Please see below for more details:Job Responsibilities· Be responsible for the applications from start to finish· Independently and effectively managing a high volume of immigration cases under strict deadlines· Provide timely, comprehensive, and strategic legal counsel to the caseworkers· Reviewing and ensuring the appropriate preparation and submission of immigration applications· Management of multiple files from beginning to end (i.e. from initial document review to final submission drafting)· Direct communication with clients by phone, wechat and email· Obtaining necessary documents from clients for submissions· Advising clients on required changes to documents currently on file· Detailed analysis of documents provided by clients· Organize, maintain file list, and diarize deadlines· Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders· Conducting research when necessary and staying up to date with immigration programs· Keeping current with Canadian immigration laws and regulations· Perform related work as assignedJob Requirements· ICCRC License is NOT required for this position· Minimum Education: College Diploma· MUST have minimum 2 years of work experience in Canadian Immigration programs.· Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations and procedures· Excellent command of English and Mandarin with strong written and oral communication skills· Strong drafting skills with the ability to create outstanding submission lettersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: As soon as possibleJob Location: Richmond BCWorking Hours: 40 Hours/WeekBenefits: Medical and health benefits.
