A fast-paced Canadian immigration company is looking for an Office Administrator to take care of their daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate will supervise and maintain official protocols, supplies and assist in the smooth running of the company.
Fresh Graduates/ International Students with an open work permit or Post-Graduate work permit are welcome to apply. Employer will be willing to extend permanent job offer or provide support for LMIA and BCPNP to qualified candidates if required.
Administrative officers (NOC 1221)
Job Duties:
• Manage agendas, appointments etc. for the upper management. • Establish work priorities, delegated work to office support staff and ensure deadlines and procedures are met. • Manage phone calls and correspondence - emails, letters, packages etc. • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and activities. • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, maintenance, dispatch and security services. • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned. • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence. Conduct analysis and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
Requirements: • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. • Fresh-Graduates or International Students can apply. Training will be provided on the job. Salary: $22.00/per hour; depending on experience. To Apply:
