Description The Personal Assistant is responsible for the driving, translation, drafting documents, scheduling and daily operation of entire venue. She/he is required to maintain records of the activities and report to the officer.
Requirements • Must have a driver’s license • Must be Willing to relocate to Vancouver • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a must • Ability to self-start, work independently and achieve high standards to meet multiple deadlines. • Excellent communicator, including writing, speaking and editing, with great attention to detail. • A ‘people person’ who is positive, values others highly, and works well with team members. • Highly organized with good administrative skills. • Able to recognize needs and proactively work to create and implement solutions. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Flexible and can adapt easily to change. • Willing to put in extra time to get a job done or when an unexpected need arises. Required Experience and Education
• Bachelors’ degree from accredited university or higher (or Associates Degree in Business) preferred. • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in Executive Administration roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Working knowledge of basic financial concepts and accounting. • Experience leading or coordinating events. • Must provide a criminal background check. Compensation and Benefits • Will provide transportation for daily use • Will provide accommodation at the venue • Will provide basic meal daily • Plus, 30k annual salary
