Full time opportunities are available in our Downtown Vancouver location.Job DescriptionSales Consultant is expected to promote cellular sales, accessory sales and other add on items, provide superior customer service, and handle any customer inquiries in a courteous manner.Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Meet or exceed sales targets and other organizational metrics- Determine the needs of our customers through qualification and offering a customized solution- Attend to all customer escalations with satisfactory resolutions- Learn and keep up to date product knowledge and industry trends- Maintain merchandising in accordance with standards set by Chatr- Ensure processing accuracies by following established systems and processes- Handle cash or credit card transactions and conduct daily reconciliation- Minimize security risks by ensuring a tight control over inventory and other company assetsSkills and Qualifications- Above average oral communication skills required to interact and serve customers. English is amust.
