Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. wasestablished to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America.Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale foodprocessing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in NorthAmerica.We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional salesand customer service experience that reinforces our brand and promotes ourproducts. You are expected to demonstrate selling competence, possess foodindustry expertise, and have a deep passion for our food products. The SalesSupervisor is accountable for achieving productivity goals by leveragingproduct knowledge, selling tools, and available resources.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Propose, plan and deliver contractual agreements with both new and existing channel/accounts to improve market share and revenue.2. Coordinate activities to support the channel, including account and market launches, communication, and distribution data between the functions such as Marketing, Supply Chain,and the Production team.3. Manage multiple customers simultaneously, multitask effectively, and handle cross-functional projects.4. Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships with assigned retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.5. Demonstrate exceptional selling and customer service skills to achieve sales targets.Continuously track and improve sales strategy and performance.6. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.7. Stay informed about food industry and catering trends, particularly with regard to the brand vision for each new product.8. Seek information about all newly released products, including in-depth product knowledge covering taste, packaging, shelf life, and more.9. Utilize product knowledge and food industry expertise to assist customers in creating tailored meal solutions and recommend items that meet their needs.10. Perform any other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:1. Minimum 3 years of retail or sales-related experience: preferably in specialty Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) wholesaling2. Demonstrated track record of outstanding sales results.3. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.4. Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive across different regions in Canada and the US.5. Proficient in operating computer systems with intermediate skills in communication and presentation tools.6.
