Qualifications:
•A valid VSA License is mandatory.
•Previous car sales experience.
•Must have a valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract and clean criminal records.
•Must have a Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities:
•Providing customers with information regarding vehicles for sale
•Generating and develop new customer accounts
•Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale
•Overcoming objections of prospective customers
•Assisting customers with their inquiries and understanding their buying needs
•Must be familiar with Manufacturer products & services
•Emphasizing product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
•Building a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
•Able and willing to work in a team environment
•Willing to use video and other media outlets to contact customers
•Must possess a desire for personal and professional improvement daily
•Considered coach-able and responds well with training.
•Work with clients on sales floor, phone and electronic leads.
•Must be willing to follow established sales process.
•Must be comfortable talking to customers.
