Administrative Assistant
We are one of the top Vancouver financial consultant company; we carry various largest financial institutions to provide investment and insurance products, delivering comprehensive financial planning. Due to the rapid development of business, we are now recruiting Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications
•   Professional appearance and attitude.
•   Excellent communication in English (verbal and written), customer service and interpersonal skills.
•   Exceed customer expectations in terms of speed, efficiency, certainty and professionalism, either face to face or through an alternate channel.
•   Willingness to be mobile in local community.
•   Contribute to team-based approach in managing customer needs.
•   The ability to also speak and understand Mandarin is an asset.

2.   负责管理办公室日常运营事务、客户接待、中英翻译
3.   公司日常行政管理的运作;
4.   完成上级交给的其它事务性工作;
5.   遵守办公室规范。

任职资格:
1.   非常流利的英语会话和较强的中英文写作能力;
2.   最好接受过加拿大本地教育;
3.   活泼外向,有责任心,并有良好的沟通能力和条理性;
4.   工作认真负责,可以独立工作和团队协作;
5.   熟练操作办公软件以及网络社交平台;
6.   有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力,具有很强的判断与决策能力,计划和执行能力。
