We are looking for several Business Development Specialists to join our company. You will be responsible for promoting and marketing our company and project(s).

Key Qualifications
• A minimum of two years of sales-related experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets
• Energetic, goal-oriented, customer driven
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational/analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Post-secondary degree or diploma

Duties:
• Build and maintain extensive relationships with agents and customers
• Perform region strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
• Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading
• Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both business and personal levels
