Company Overview Brightenvantage International Business consulting Inc. (Brightenvantage) is a company specializing in international business development and services, which include but not limited to international business platform strategic planning, marketing and investment promotion of international business projects and enterprises globalization structuring consultation. We are looking for two Sales Managers to join our company. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of highly performing sales representatives to promote our company and project(s).
Key Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of sales-related experience, and a minimum of 2 years of management experience • Good organizational skills, self-starter and highly motivated • Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets • Work proactively, having a strong sense of responsibility • Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office • Post-secondary degree or diploma
Duties: • Drive business development, forecast accurately annual and quarterly sales goals and to achieve agreed upon sales growth goals within the responsible region • Provide leadership to the sales team in the achievement of individual and team goals • Encourage sales team through empowerment, reward and recognition, delegation, and the creation of a positive work environment • Provide coaching to behaviors that help achieve success
