The person will have the responsibility for carrying out confidential and sensitive assignments, therefore being responsible and careful is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties · Organized and can enter a busy environment and bring order to it. · Can manage phones working with both sides of the sales chain, computers, data entry, and client records. · Adaptable, flexible and good at problem-solving. · Prepare client billings, invoicing and follow-up notifications for collections Ideal person Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Better to know how to speak Mandarin. · Has a desire to learn, resourceful, helpful, and good at problem-solving. · Excellent at being proactive, acute attention to detail, and follow through. · Confident & outgoing phone skills dealing with clients
We’re also looking for a SALES REP Responsibilities and Duties · You will be dealing with customers on the phone, sending emails and trouble shooting. · Establish new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. · Focuses sales effort by studying existing and potential dealers. · Submits all the activity and results reports to the assistant. · You must report to the assistant and the director.
Ideal person: · You must have Sales Rep experienced 1 to 3 years. · Experience is an asset but not requirement. We will train the right candidate! · Prior call centre experience a plus, but not required. · Typing Speed must be more than 50 WPM. · Attentive to details and accuracy! · Have an excellent customer service, a positive attitude :) and driven to be successful. · Must speak Mandarin, and English! · Must Drive a Car!
