Cozystay is a global online accommodation rental platform.

A place of adventure, a place of comfort, a place of belonging, a feeling of home, anywhere you go. Cozystay has created a unique environment for travelers looking for a place to rent where they feel secure and relaxed from their initial search online to their destination they picked to stay.

We are searching for experienced and passionate Customer Service staff.

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner to provide timely service
- Manage the backend database and respond to influx of incoming requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers
- Effectively communicate with coworkers
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- Self initiative and resourceful in day to day problem solving tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonally skills (Fluency in Mandarin is required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, previous experience with CRM is an asset
- Detail-oriented individual with ability to demonstrate initiative and possess great organizational skills
- A team player, passionate and enthusiastic
- Ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly and efficiently
