We are searching for experienced and passionate Customer Service staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner to provide timely service - Manage the backend database and respond to influx of incoming requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers - Effectively communicate with coworkers - Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Self initiative and resourceful in day to day problem solving tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonally skills (Fluency in Mandarin is required) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, previous experience with CRM is an asset - Detail-oriented individual with ability to demonstrate initiative and possess great organizational skills - A team player, passionate and enthusiastic - Ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly and efficiently
