Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, and New Westminster
Job Status: Full-Time and Part-Time

Established in 1998, Pepper Wireless is the number one Fido Exclusive Dealer on the west coast with 11 convenient locations across the Lower Mainland. We are now looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our retail sales team. Full time and part time job opportunities are available in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, and New Westminster locations.   

Job Description
Sales Consultant is expected to promote cellular sales, accessory sales and other add on items, provide superior customer service, and handle any customer inquiries in a courteous manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-   Meet or exceed sales targets and other organizational metrics
- Determine the needs of our customers through qualification and offering a customized solution
- Attend to all customer escalations with satisfactory resolutions
- Learn and keep up to date product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain merchandising in accordance to standards set by Fido
- Ensure processing accuracies by following established systems and processes
- Handle cash or credit card transactions and conduct daily reconciliation
- Minimize security risks by ensuring a tight control over inventory and other company assets

Skills and Qualifications
- Above average oral communication skills required to interact and serve customers. English is a must. Second language is an asset
- Team player and have the ability to meet sales targets on a consistent basis
- An Active Listener who seeks to understand the needs of our customers
- An outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people
