Vancouver real estate brokeragewith real estate trading and rental property management businesses is lookingfor a full-time Office AdministratorDuties:- Reading, distributing and filing strata minutes and notices- Answering the phone, greeting callers and directing calls- Scheduling and organizing sales meetings and property management meetings- Assisting office staff and agents with paperwork, filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing- Administering all incoming and outgoing mail- Monitoring and ordering office supplies- Keeping the office neat and tidy at all times- Checking and submitting MLS listings- Checking and filing real estate contracts- Administering conveyance documents for real estate transactions- Assisting the property management team with administrative dutiesRequirements:- At least two years of experience with real estate conveyance and office administration preferred- Must be pleasant and personable- Organized and meticulous- Fluent in English is a must (both written and verbal)- Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft Office and Outlook Exchange
