Our clients range from start-ups to global leading companies across United States, Canada and Asia with focuses on talent acquisition in the fields of Biotechnology, Fin-Tech, Game, e-Commerce, etc. What you will do: ~Actively seek out and secure top talent in both local and global markets. ~Utilize internal and external databases to identify potential candidates. ~Place job requirements online to increase available candidate pool. ~Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals. ~Identify networking activities and professional associations to generate new contacts. ~Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions. ~Conduct candidate interviews and meetings. ~Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms. ~Maintain excellent documentation in the company's applicant management system. ~Lead candidates through the client interview process. ~Build relationships with candidates and clients. ~Network for new business opportunities and referrals. What you have: ~Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition, HR and related fields is preferred. ~Strong background in partnering with clients on proactive talent acquisition strategy. ~Strong background in Talent systems (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn). ~Experience building out process and strategy for a global Talent Acquisition organization. ~Deep understanding of a variety of recruiting methods including: direct sourcing, social recruiting and market mapping. ~Experience in developing efficient and effective business processes that support candidate sourcing. must haves ~Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. ~Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same. ~Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. ~Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
