If you are ready to join UniUni’s dynamic team, while working hard and having fun doing it, we invite you to apply online and let us know how you can be part of our success story.Responsibilities：Receive, sort, and code invoices and supporting documentsMatch invoices to supporting documentation such as PO and enter invoices into QBOResponsible for the monthly bank accounts and credit card accounts reconciliations.Perform wire and ACH payments to vendors on a daily and weekly basisRecord journal entries and assist with month-end and year-endAssisting in maintaining all inter-company AR & AP recordsPerform month-end close reconciliationMaintain renewal of contracts, insurance, licenses, etc.Communicate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure strong relations are maintainedOther duties assignedRequirements：Post-secondary education with an accounting backgroundAt least 1-2 years in bookkeeping/full cycle accounting preferredHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skillsExcel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)Proven ability to handle high volume with accuracy, manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlinesMandarin is an assertCompensation and Benefits：The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$40,000 - CA$48,000.
