We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with strongorganizational and communication skills to fill the role of bookkeeper for ourgrowing accounting firm. The position entails bookkeeping and general office-relatedduties. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker,reliable, and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.Responsibilities:- Full-cycle accounting using QBs.- Communication with clients and employees.- Ongoing, regular preparation of financial statements and reports.- Prepare GST, PST, and WCB reporting and remittances.- Regular account reconciliation and financial reporting.- Process payroll, ROEs, T4s, and source deductions.- Process invoices and cheques.- Prepare personal tax returns.- Manage office in general including mail, filing, and other office duties.Key qualifications and competencies:An accounting degree or diplomaA minimum of 1 year experience working in Accounting in the public practice environmentStrong knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage 50 softwareExcellent understanding of Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional communication skills both written and oralOutstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskCompensation: Salary plus bonus (based on experience)Language: Mandarin PreferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Based on experienceSchedule:Monday to Friday有意请联系:(604) 284-5556
