Administrative Assistant, Costing & BudgetingJob DescriptionAccounts ReceivableCompare store replenishment POS receiving report with SAP delivery note, create AR invoices in SAP and produce weekly reports to accounting departmentPrepare store credit claim documents for accounting department, create AR credit note in SAP accordingly and update credit claim tablePrepare monthly invoice requestion for marketing expenses, loyalty points, rebate program, supplies order, ect to accounting departmentAccounts PayablePrepare oversea shipment table and inventory revaluation/landed cost table, create AP invoice in SAPSupport to handle SAP AP, e.g. local bulk orders, credit note/debit note trackingCheck store local vendor invoices and POS receiving report, prepare all the documents for Admin, check and trace the credit note/debit noteCoordinate with warehouse and purchasing department regarding any receiving, pricing, discrepancy or payment issuesCost and InventoryImplement company’s cost standards and prepare oversea shipment cost tableMonitor item cost varianceReconcile inventory accounts to the general ledgerMonitoring inventory transactions and process inventory adjustment accordinglyGeneralProvide clerical support to the team, e.g. deliveries, photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing, to ensure services are provided in an efficient and effective mannerCoordinating contact with accounting departmentPrepare gift card table and supplies order tableProtects company’s value by keeping information confidentialSupport the year end audit processPerform Ad-hoc assignments as requiredJob RequirementDiploma or above in Finance or Accounting is preferredAt least 1-year relevant working experiencePossess strong technical background and a solid understanding of financial softwareGood computer skills: MS Word, Excel and AccessData entry skills along with a knack for numbersPossess strong problem solving and organization skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processesStrong Communication and problem-solving skillPossess good commercial awareness and business understandingGood command of English, an additional second language (e.g. Cantonese/ Mandarin etc.) is a plusHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailImmediate available is preferredFor those who are interested, please submit your resume to tungleung@oomomostore.comWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all qualified candidates.
