bookkeeperJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for a full-time bookkeeper.This positionperforms all functions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable,construction progress billing, cost control, and other revenuesResponsibilities and Duties- Provide support for all accounting and treasury functions- Review all subcontractors' invoices for accuracy and completeness- Work closely with team members to prepare and submit applicant payment- Handle inquiries from vendors and staff- Input all invoices related to the project from vendors- Track and maintain vendor, expense, and project information files- Compile multiple spreadsheets of all job-related costs by cost types-Other duties as assignedQualifications and Skills- Accounting Bookkeeper Experience: 2 years-2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction- Accounting Diploma/Certificate/Degree- Skilled in word, excel, QuickBooks sage 50, and other accounting software-Experience in the construction industry is a plus-Excellent oral and written English communication skills;-Efficiency, reliability, accuracy with numbersPlease send the resume to hr@chunghwa.ca
