We are a rapidly growing immigration company in Richmond and we are now looking for experienced full-time accounting bookkeepers to join our team.Job Duties:Performing Accounts Receivables activities such as:1. Working with the sales and service teams to prepare invoices for client orders2. Keep track of AR aging reports and collection3. Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data4. Conduct monthly checks and notify the sales and services teams for open sales to ensure the processing of invoices remain timely5.Handle enquiries and resolve AR-related issuesPerform Accounts Payables activities such as:1. Working with the sales and service teams to verify and update existing and new business partners2. Entering, verifying, and paying Clients invoices3. Maintain strong relationships with Clients to ensure processing of payments remains timely4. Handle enquiries and resolve AP-related issues5. Perform office administrative tasks such as:6. Managing and responding to emails related to AR/AP7. Keeping a record of the vacation leave for every Employee8. Handling expense claims9. Reviewing time sheets and preparing payroll data for submission to ADP10. Ensuring AR, AP, bank reconciliation, journal and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient mannerRequirements:1. More than 3 years of bookkeeper work experience in Canada(preferred)2. Certificate, Diploma or, Degree in Accounting preferred3. Proficient in SAP or other ERP software4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software5. Familiar with the company and individual tax returns6. Fluent in English and Mandarin(required)7. Independent, self-motivated, and self-disciplined8.
