Purchase and manage office supplies 7. Assist various departments as required Requirements 1. Bookkeeping (Quickbooks) experience needed, accounting diploma/degree preferred 2. Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking, professional English writing 3. Well-organized, detailed oriented 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 5. Experience in administration is an asset
