Summary
We are currently looking for a Trader to join our Richmond office. The successful candidate is required to work both independently and as a member of a team, dedicated to trading Bitcoin futures, cryptocurrencies, and other instruments.

Key Accountabilities:
Follow markets and report trading signals to Head Trader
Execute orders according the predetermined trading plans
Monitor open positions and pending orders
Provide accurate and timely market activity and development information
Resolve trade related issues via various communication channels in a timely manner
Calculate trading related statistics and make daily, weekly and monthly trading reports
Analyze trading performance and improve trading systems
Develop trading strategies
Other duties relevant to the position shall be assigned as required

Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and oral
Passion for trading
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-initiated, fast learner with a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task and execute activities under strict time constraints
