Sincere Real Estate Services is hiring a Junior Property Accountant to accommodate the rapid growth and oncoming new business.Responsibilities include:- assist financial statement preparation for a portfolio of 1000 units.- Preparation of supporting working papers- Work collaboratively with Property Managers, admin team, leasing managers and a very strong accounting team- monthly and Yearly statement- Account receivable- Rent collecting- Liaison with bankersRequirements:- 1 year in an accounting position- Accounting degree, designation or diploma- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a large-volume, fast-paced environment- Has a 'do what it takes attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in team environment- Has proven efficiency in Excel, Word and accounting software. buildium is an assetThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build an accounting career with a dynamic growing organization.
