Job descriptionAssistance Needed for Construction and Development CompanyWe seek a candidate looking for full time work with at least three years of office experience, performing similar duties.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, demonstrating exceptional client servicePerform reception duties, including answering multiple incoming calls in a timely manner, screening and routing calls and faxesOpen the reception area daily and maintain its safety and cleanlinessManage visitor office and conference room reservationsConference room maintenance and assist with meeting set-up which may include technology assistanceOrder food for meetings and the office; clean up after meetings and ensure neatness in the kitchenMaintain the orderliness of the copy areas and kitchenAssist with the planning and execution of office eventsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, freight, and courier services as needed.Conduct assigned errands outside of the office including, but not limited to, daily mail pick-up, material and supply purchase, and showing homes.Assist with facilities’ requests in a timely manner, including coordinating minor repairs and maintenance and inner office movesMaintaining and managing rentals (ie. collecting rent and communicating with tenants).Janitorial serviceBook keepingOther duties may include but are not limited to assisting with the creation and maintenance of firm records and helping with overflow administrative dutiesQualifications include:Ability to act in a professional manner at all timesAbility to work efficiently to create an accurate and timely work productAbility to listen, comprehend, and take appropriate actionIdentify problems and effective solutionsAbility to accept new challenges while being adaptable to changeDemonstrate good judgment and problem solving skillsDemonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
