Location: Vancouver, CASchedule: 8 hour shift, Weekend availabilityThe successful applicant will be responsible in performing various customer service-related tasks including, but not limited to:- Helping customers to install security cameras and peripheral equipment when necessary- Providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers- Assisting customers by helping choose products- Providing after sales service and support- Providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers while making a sale, quoting, taking orders and/or checking availability- Dealing with customer issues in a timely manner- Completing stock counting- Other work assigned by manager or supervisorQualifications:- Class 5 driver licence- Proficiency in Mandarin and English,  Cantonese will be a bonus- Basic computer and orientated skills- Ability to work independently with problem solving skills- Ability to lift 30lbs and ladder climbing- Prior experience is preferablePlease provide a resume if you interest and available.
