Job Responsibilities:Evaluate the technical objectives and realization methods of the project in the early stage, organize the completion of the project plan, and prepare development tasks;Ability to independently perform the overall design of solid-state RF and microwave power amplifier modules;Organize system commissioning, solve related technical problems, and submit test and analysis reports.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in radio/microwave, electronic engineering, precision instruments or communications-related majors, with relevant work experience in RF power sources;Experience in the research and development of high-power amplifiers and systems in the frequency band below 6GHz is preferred;Be familiar with the use of simulation tools, PCB mapping software;Be familiar with embedded software development tools, C/C++ programming, and software development processes;Proficient in reading professional English documents, independently engaging in cutting-edge technology development, and having clear logical thinking ability;Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental careExtended health careVision careFlexible Language Requirement:French not requiredSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftSupplemental pay types:Overtime pay
