referral program 公司急招BDA --------ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Works with Project Manager to understand clients’ needs, explain product functionality, provide product demonstrations, and respond to enhancement/customization requests.- Executes tasks within the implementation project plan. Leads or participates in client calls to gather. requirements sessions; works through process flows, sets up test environments and conducts demos for clients.- Reviews and analyzes client requirements, produces detailed design documents and manage review & client sign-off process.- Participates in solution validation testing before client delivery.- Writes and execute test scripts for custom rating methodologies and processes.- Requests, analyzes, identifies, communicates, and reconciles gaps in client data while remaining cognizant of project milestones.- Using advanced Excel skills, identifies gaps in quality or quantity of client data and ensures data fits the formats required; completes test uploads, reviews and understands error logs, and fixes errors.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred)   - 1+ year experience with IT business analysis- Great analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and great verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.- Demonstrated detail orientation and strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage time and tasks.- Self-starter with the ability to understand client expectations and a willingness to take direction and coaching from teammates.- The ability to learn complex concepts and subjects under a variety of conditions including formal and informal training as well as on-the-job coaching.BENEFITS:Entrepreneurial culture with the opportunity to learn, grow and increase your technical and business skills.Competitive salary with the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual bonus.Medical insurance and healthcare reimbursement account.Dental insurance.
