Manage, prioritize, and execute the tickets of IT Support with Jira.2. Provide first-level end-user support via the phone, and remote support as well as on-site support if needed3. Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, printers, and network equipment Manage the software license and renew4. Maintain and monitor an up-to-date of anti-virus software5. Maintain the equipment inventory6. Maintain the CCTV systems in offices and warehouses and export the footage if requested7. Escalate support requests to Level 2 for any in-depth troubleshooting/configuration8. Network Support – First-level support for Network device situated on-site (Router, Switch, and WIFI, etc.)9. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation through the change management process10. Manage and backup official confidential documents Participate in the on-call rotationQualifications1. 2+ years' experience in IT helpdesk/support Strong problem solving2. Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering Technology or related discipline3. Excellent oral and written communication skills4. Ability to work independently and under pressure5. Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Google Doc, OneDrive as well as computer hardware6. Solid understanding of networking knowledge including IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, DNS7. Knowledge of Accounting System, ERP and CRM (Salesforce) will be a plus8. Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS or Azure) will be a plus
