Role & Responsibilities:1. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.2. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees in HR system;3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,   recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)4. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.5. Conduct onboarding and initial orientation to newly hired employees when necessary;6. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;7. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews when necessary.8. Other tasks assigned by Human Resource Manager.Requirements:1. Degree in human resources or related (essential).2. 1-2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).3. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.4. Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.5. Effective HR administration and people management skills.6. Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks;7.Ability to be proactive when dealing with requests and complaints;8. Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
