Working in the creation of the User Acquisition Ads, the Technical Artist will provide the team with dynamic tools to create artistic assets respecting the style and the technical constraints of the project.Responsibilities:· Work with artists to create Niagara VFX effects· Work with artists and programmers to create 3D art and bring it into the engine library· Support the artists with the creation of Unreal Shaders· Develop 3D art pipeline tools and extensions to technical issues in the 3D asset pipeline· Research the unreal new technologies (Related to Rendering, Animation, Physics,VFX etc.) and bring it to Projects.· Other duties assigned by the teamQualifications:· A minimum of 1-year of experience in Unreal/Unity projects· A minimum of 1 year of experience as a VFX Artist in the game industry· A minimum of 1 year of experience with shader writing· A minimum of half-year Experience with Blueprint· Eager to learn new stuff in TA area· Good at modeling and art tools (Autodesk Maya, Photoshop, etc.)· Experience in a full digital art content creation pipeline (high and low-poly modeling, unwrapping, baking, texturing, level art)· Good verbal and written communication skills· Good artistic skills (proportion, color, composition)· The past proven tech-art areas of interest are also importantPrefer to have:· experience in Houdini· Intermediate Knowledge of coding language (C++, C#, etc.)Position type: permanent or others to be discussedCompensation Package for permanent employees:Comprehensive benefits after 3 months including extended health and dental.Paid Vacation + paid Sick days: 18 days(accumulated and based on percentage earning)Active Living Benefits (such as Fitness Memberships, Registration fees for team sports reimbursement) after 3 monthsTraining and development fee reimbursement after 3 monthsDependent Child BenefitPaid Holiday ClosureRRSP matching after 1 yearPerks for permanent employees:On-site car and Bike ParkingMonthly Transit Allowance after 3 monthsWork hours: 10 am to 6 pm with 1 hour paid lunch.Dress code: CasualChild GiftLots of snacks, drinks availableMonthly Team lunchReferral BonusThis job has to work on-site.
