Graphic Designer (full time)

Overview

Maxcel is created by a collective of established and successful Vancouver Realtors who are passionate about the business of real estate. Our primary objective is to create a new brokerage firm that will challenge the status quo in the industry.

We are a new-breed of brokerage firm with many years of combined industry experience, our knowledge of the local real estate market has given us the insights to create a new kind of agency that vastly improves the overall experience and success for both Realtors and clients.

What we’re looking for

This is a fast paced, high volume role within a marketing team supporting both Vancouver and Richmond offices. You are an effective communicator with a strong sense of urgency. You take initiative, can multi-task, prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be working on

• Collaborating with marketing directors, other designers, and clients to create marketing collaterals.

• Creating relevant, engaging content for social media, eNewsletters and digital platforms

• Designing print materials, such as flyers, newspaper, magazine, banners, etc.

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Graphic Design
Proficient understanding and use of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to create graphic designs according to client’s specifications
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related design field.
