Responsibilities: Regular bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online and Desktop Preparing and filing HST returns and WSIB Assistance with CRA payroll, corporate tax and HST netfiles Preparing day to day financial transactions, General ledger, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions. Maintain accounting records for all subsidiaries and balance sheet reconciliations. Acts as a liaison for customers and vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies Prepare transaction reports, aging reports, trial balance and financial analysis for management Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process Utilize database management systems to maintain updated and secure financial documents · Assisting with the preparation of month, quarter, and year-end financial statements Assisting dispatchers with answering customer phone calls and purchase supplies order. Experience with filing personal and corporate returns preferred Experience with using CRA online services preferred
