Job Description:

-Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
-Processing Payroll
-Financial Reporting
-Prepare & Monitor Cash Flows & Budgets
-Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
-HST & Payroll Remittance
-Assist supported executives with corporate and personal tasks on an as needed basis;
-Manage day-to-day requirements of real estate portfolio, including bid tendering, tenant management and property repair and maintenance management;
-Manage database of corporate portfolio and completion of corporate related documentation;
Provide administrative and other support to other departments as needed and as directed by supported executives;
-Special projects or other duties as assigned.
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
