Responsibilities
- Primary contact for prospective students by providing on-going communication and counseling.
- Advises students about Canadian workplace and follow up with student’s case.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in our business.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.
- Counseling and consulting students throughout entire process through e-mail and phone.
- Managing a company-generated CRM database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.
- Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into students.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
- Excellent skills in statistical analysis and strong ability to evaluate/measure effectiveness of activity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma required.
- High achievers in IELTS/TOEFL test.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Experience in making outbound high volume calls an asset.
- Experience in advising or career counseling in an academic environment would be an asset.
