时间:星期一至星期五,10:00am-6:00pm 位置:Markham 薪资:底薪加高提成加奖金,公司福利高
Responsibilities


  • Primary contact for prospective students by providing on-going communication and counseling.

  • Advises students about Canadian workplace and follow up with student’s case.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in our business.

  • Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and    follow-up.

  • Counseling and consulting students throughout entire process through e-mail and phone.

  • Managing a company-generated CRM database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity,    contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.

  • Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into students.


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email,    telephone, and presentation

  • Excellent skills in statistical analysis and strong ability to evaluate/measure effectiveness of activity.   

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma required.

  • High achievers in IELTS/TOEFL test.

  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.

  • Experience in making outbound high volume calls an asset.

  • Experience in advising or career counseling in an academic environment would be an asset.
