Job Requirements:

• Prioritize daily workload
  
• Provide a consistently excellent level of customer service to all clients
  
• Manage all incoming inquiries and requests via phones, e-mails, WeChat, instagrams, facebook, etc.
  
  
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction in professional way.
  
  
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors (florists, suppliers, restaurants, etc.)
  
• Maintaining the store front
  
• Oversee product handling, product rotation

Job responsibilities:

• Prioritize daily workload
  
• Flower care and Plant care
  
• Designing and fulfilling flower and plant orders
  
• Design flowers for events (wedding, funeral, corporate)as needed
  
• Work with other designer and do custom work as needed
  
• Maintaining the store front, back and cooler.
  
• Oversee product handling, product rotation
  
• Monitor inventory and stock
  
• Customer service as needed, including customer and corporate sales
