职位介绍:

  • 协助人才招聘、人才管理和招聘流程,包括招聘发布、面试、资历认证、员工入住手续等。
  • 记录人员相关的数据(电子与纸质副本)以确保符合所有聘用要求。
  • 建立并协调内部和外部交流,从而确保人力资源相关要求(如条例、备忘录、信件)。
  • 协助管理层分析当下和未来商务事宜和需求。
  • 负责分析培训需求,开发培训课程,和落实培训项目。
  • 改进聘用条例、流程、和运用,同时向管理层提交修改建议。
  • 协调改进和实施人力资源政策和要求。
  • 保存员工文件和记录(电子和纸质备份)。
  • 根据实际需求,履行其他人力资源和行政职责。

职位要求:

  • 人力资源相关的本科或专科学历。
  • 三年及以上的人力资源经验(如招聘、培训与发展、公司发展等)。
  • 需流利使用普通话和英语。
  • 具有相关聘用法规和政策的经验。
  • 较强的办公室软件技能(Word, Excel, Outlook)。
  • 优秀的书写和语言表达能力,较强的客服技能。
  • 资深的当地人脉和客户群会有优势。



Job description Title: Human Resource CoordinatorOn behalf of our client, we are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join the team. The Human Resource Coordinator plays an important role during a period of high growth. We are looking for an experienced, resourceful Human Resources Coordinator to fulfill a variety of human resources administrative functions and to provide strategic human capital insights. Someone who can lead and optimize the company’s daily HR procedures such as operation support, office admin, recruitment and training, payroll, and HR policy standards etc.RESPONSIBILITIES:· Assist in talent acquisition, talent management and recruitment processes including job posting, interviewing, reference verification, employee onboarding and orientation etc.· Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and electronic database to ensure all employment requirements are met.· Create and coordinate internal and external communications to support HR initiatives (e.g., policies, memos, letters).· Consult with managerial levels to identify/analyze current and future business issues and needs.· Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training programs.· Formulate methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices as well as recommending changes to management.· Coordinate with development and implementation of human resource policies and standards.· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.· Perform other HR and administrative duties as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or related fields· 3+ years of Human Resources experience (e.g., recruitment, training & development, organizational development, etc.)· Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English.· Working knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.· Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.· Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service skills.· Extensive local network and client connections are considered a strong asset.
