Job description: 1. Provide excellent sales and care service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 2. Maintain a tidy of work area environment and ensure it is presentable 3. Help visitors to resolve sales and customer care related inquires/issues 4. Handle and received mails and packages 5. Handle relations and escalations via phone, in person, online chat 6. Assist the logistic work 7. Participate marketing booth or other event when needed 8. Assist department manager’s work 9. Back up incoming sales call if needed 10. Other responsibilities if assigned by management
Job qualification: 1. Language ability: Fluent speaking and professional writing in both English and Cantonese 2. Experience: Sales and customer service related work experience. 3. Education: Canadian college diploma or above. 4. Time flexibility: Weekday shift and weekend shift. 5. Computer skills: Operating Microsoft office programs.
