销售代表 任职要求：

• 1. 1-2两年销售相关经验，对本地房地产行业有了解，有过往房地产销售经验者优先
  
• 2. 热爱销售工作，有较强的市场开拓能力，有较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
  
• 3. 责任心强，有较强抗压能力，沟通协调能力强。积极，主动，且有上进心
  
• 4. 报酬丰厚，起薪+业务提成
  

Key Accountabilities:

• 1. With 1-2 years of outstanding sales experience and knowledge of the local real estate market;
  
• 2. Excellent customer service skills, with a strong network of clients and the ability to grow that network;
  
• 3. With a personality well suited for a fast-paced sales environment, working under pressure and self-managing for personal and professional success;
  
• 4. Fluent in Mandarin and English;
  
• 5. Based salary + commission bonus
