Organize school events Qualifications
- University or College
- 1 year+ office admin and customer service experience
- Able to carry through tasks from beginning to end
- Capable of working independently with school objectives in mind
- Skilled to manage customer expectations ad relationship
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Outlook, etc.
- Able to work between 10:00am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday (exact shift hours will be communicated in advance)
- Proficient in English and Chinese speaking and writing (流利中英文)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have passion and vision on the young generation
- Be a role model in attitude, speech, and actions towards others
- Quick leaning capability and eager to learn
- Sales experience is a plus
