Responsibilities: Achieve conversion and revenue targets on orders Resolve customer issues and meet customer needs Utilize First Call Resolution on prior orders Achieve call quality, productivity, and accuracy targets Utilize multiple computer systems Record and enter call activities into a computer information system software Requirements: Experience in Telesales or Customer Service, call centre environment. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual and team targets Excellent command of the English language. French, Mandarin, or Cantonese is an asset. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
