• Greet andregister for customers in Reception • Answerphone calls, WeChat or email enquiries • Maintainthe cleanliness and tidiness in Reception Area and common areas • PrepareOffice Notices when necessary •Responsible for office supplies procurement • Provideassistance for technical issues related to Customer Service phones • Conductcustomer satisfaction surveys • Addresscustomer enquiries and resolve customer complaints. • Usetelephones to reach out to customers, to verify account information, understandcustomer’s needs and promote our services. • Advise oncompany information. • SupportCompany events and ad hoc tasks as assigned 【职位要求】:
• Collegeor Degree holder in any discipline. • Min. 1year experience in Office Admin or Customer Service or Sales in a fast-pacedenvironment • Goodcommand of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) • Able todemonstrate high level of attention to detail and look for process solutions • Abilityto adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities • Customerservice orientation, be approachable. •Demonstrate clear ownership & accountability for own deliverables. Resultsoriented. • Excellentinterpersonal skill and communication skill • Able towork independently and be a team player •Comfortable to live with ambiguity • Self-motivated and challenge status quofor continuous improvement •Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
