Main Responsibilities: - Answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins,input messages using internal paging system, communicate with people in andoutside of the company through emails - Retrieve documents received, proof-read and inform agents of anynecessary amendments - Update TREB and BrokerBay systems (such as MLS listinginformation, showing instructions, price changes, subsequent status, etc.) - Issue deposit receipts, scan, typing, photocopying, faxing andother basic office tasks - Assist & communicate with agents and clients for questionsand concerns - Manage social media accounts such as WeChat, Facebook, Linkedin,Twitter, etc.; and add new postings on the accounts on daily bases - Maintain and co-ordinate the supplies of the office - Other administrative/reception related duties Qualifications: - Prefer experience in the real estate industry - Fluent in English, Chinese - Obtain skills such as MS Office (Word and Excel), MS email andinternet - Superior customer service skills, and excellent telephone manner - Good team player and take initiative - Attention to detail - Well organised & time management skills - Ability to multi-task Job Types: Full-time, Contract 有意请发简历到 [email protected],或致电 416-816-8160。
