The Office Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support a small team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Initially it will be a part-time position for about 2-3 half days a week, primarily working from home with self-supplied high-speed internet, a personal computer with MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). This position has a potential to become a full-time job in the future. Responsibilities: Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents Organize and maintain office files and supplies Maintain filing systems and databases Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes Manage travel arrangements for staff members Perform other administrative tasks as needed Travel within Canada/Ontario will be required from time to time. (?) Qualifications: 2+ years college diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to use English and Chinese Mandarin languages as native speaker or at professional level. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy.
