V+Home is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team as a sales specialist to implement and manage sales, and customer service. The successful candidate will work and communicate directly with the production team and effectively represent the interests of the company in sales aspects, communicate with clients, and turn potential clients into sales. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance. Duties and qualifications will include, but will not be restricted to the following: Responsibilities Ability to communicate with clients and potential clients. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze and track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products and services. Continuously improve through feedback. Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years' experience in sales related role. Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving. Fluent in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in an environment focused on accountability for results. A commitment to customer service. Ability to work in a high-functioning, extremely dynamic team environment. Pay High commission pay Bonus pay Licence/Certification G driver's licence (preferred)
