We are a rapid growing e-commerce company is seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by first understanding the current business model, and make use of your extensive experience to develop business plans and lead the sales team, achieving the annual and monthly goals; and coordinating with our HQ, Product developer, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse departments to expand market share. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sale team, previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus. Sales Manager Responsibilities: Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers how to develop sales channels, maximize revenue and expenses controls. Achieving HQ assigned the annual sales goals by providing the possible 5 years sales trends with possible annual revenues Manage Product Developer to foresee the product development plans and provide sales plans to shipment schedules and well prepare inventory levels for peak seasons Setting marketing fund expenses within the HQ annual limit. Tracking sales goals and providing weekly and monthly reporting the results. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing, customer service on revenue generation. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Promoting the brand and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Accountable in AR and terms for each channel or platform sales Organization skill with data management and planned reports provided Familiar with Product sales, mainly online sales Sales Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Extensive experience in North America sales market, and familiar with other brands Extensive experience and familiar with ecommerce channels and platforms Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies to expand sales channels, platform, and eventually expand sales regions. Experience in channels and platforms relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sales team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
