Account Manager

Intco Canada Division is expanding and looking for talented individuals to join our winning sales team to develop Canadian and East Coast of USA market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities through cold calling and leverage existing internal sources of sales leads.
- New business development, prospecting, cold calling, scheduling client meetings, preparing presentation/demo, proposal writing, and ultimately winning new business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
Qualifications:
- 3 years business development and business to business selling experience.
- Possess knowledge of sale techniques which include cold-calling, lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Possess excellent communication / people skills / organizational skills.
- A team player who demonstrates behaviours which support the key competencies:  Teamwork; Innovation; Accountability; Adaptability & Customer 1st.
- Customer focused - able to build strong business relationships with clients.
- Possess excellent communication / people skills / organizational skills.
- Excellent listening, persuasion skills with incredible work ethic.
- Self motivated and results oriented.                                                                                                                                                - Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
